From USD 470: Some recent changes in CDC isolation and quarantine guidance brought about several questions regarding the district’s COVID protocols. In an effort to assure accuracy and maintain consistency, the district will await additional school-specific guidance before making any changes. It is likely that Kansas will choose to move from 10 days of isolation to five days, with certain masking and testing provisions. In the event that these changes are recommended, updated protocols would go before our school board for approval. This could be discussed as early as Monday, January 10, 2022.
