Governor Laura Kelly and Acting Secretary of Transportation Calvin Reed announced this afternoon that more than $11 million will be awarded to 14 transportation construction projects across Kansas, including a project in Winfield. Winfield will get money for Pike Road pedestrian/vehicular safety and access improvements. These investments are made possible through the Kansas Department of Transportation’s Cost Share Program for spring 2023.
