Preheat oven to 350
In mixing bowl:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon ( depending on how much you like cinnamon)
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 cups cold milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla ( I add more )
1/2 cup butter melted
Mix until smooth
Set aside
For cinnamon swirl:
1 cup butter softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix together
In a 13X9 baking pan ( spray with baking spray first)
Add FIRST cake batter
Add second brown sugar mixture on top and use spatula to spread as best as you can. (This does NOT have to look pretty)
Take a chopstick or thin knife and “swirl” the two mixtures together
Bake for 30 minutes
While baking, make icing for top
In a bowl, mix together:
2 cups powdered sugar
Approximately 6-7 tablespoons milk
Teaspoon vanilla
You can either pour icing  over hot cake or save in container until ready to serve
