Tater tots to cover a single layer of a 9×13 dish (about 24 ounces)
8 sausage patties, diced
8 oz. pepper jack cheese, grated
8.oz. cheddar cheese, grated (mild, medium or sharp…your preference)
9 eggs
1 cup milk
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Set oven to 375.

Spread single layer of frozen tater tots in a 9×13 casserole. Top with pepper jack and cheddar cheeses. Mix eggs, milk and salt/pepper/garlic powder in a bowl, Pour over the tots and cheese in the casserole dish. Bake for 50 minutes.
