(Orange Tonic Immunity Booster)

Our “Pheebs” makes this drink her own way, but she got the recipe from TikTok!


3 oranges
3 lemons
2 whole ginger roots
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground turmeric
Honey (optional)


Start by slicing oranges, lemons, and ginger root. Fill a pot with water and add all ingredients. Cover and let simmer on medium/ low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the fruit looks translucent. Stir occasionally. Add honey to taste (optional) and heat through. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
